  Horrible place! I went there to exchange some gifts I received for my b-day, and what I got was awful service..i came in for the first time (I never go to VS because I just don't like the store) and was greeted by some girl and I explained that I received two body sprays and two lotions as a gift, and I didn't like the smell.. She told me just go and pick ones I like and exchange.. I did, when I went to the cashier and at the moment to ring my stuff she asked for the receipt, told her I didn't have one as they were gifts, she said oh.. Well there's nothing I can do for u, explained I was getting EXACTLY the same things just S different scent and I asked to talk to her manager, she called the manager on her walkie talkie as she never came and both refuse to do anything for me, made me feel I was trying to rob them! I didn't want any money back, just wanted a different scent! Well not for me that day.. Before that happened I was about to ask some other girl if they had bras on clearance.. I just said - excuse me do u.. - and she quickly said - SORRY I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH - wth??! What is wrong with these people?!? Didn't even let me finish the sentence.. I DO SPEAK, WRITE AND READ IT! they r so ignorant at that store, profile people by their looks (yes I went there wearing some yoga pants as I was coming from the gym) but that doesn't give them any right to profile u like crap! At the end they really made me feel like that... Crap, like I was there to steal something and run out.. They did not exchange my stuff.. Neither ring the $60 bombshell eau de toilet I was going to buy.. I called their costumer service later that day.. And were very helpful and told me why they didn't offer me just a simple return in which u will get some of what the people paid for the items in a gift card, and u don't need to have a receipt.. I said lady IDK.. She sent me a gift card for $35 and apologize for the people working there, I won't never go back to this stupid store and the gift card will be used as a gift for a friend she likes their stuff.. If u go to exchange something or u look like u don't speak English AVOID this place they SUCK!
