  Terrible customer service. How do you run out of phones and not know when you'll get more. Nobody was smiling. The manager was not glad to be there. A couple of customers were mad cause they didn't have answers and just didn't know there own product. I will never go back to this store. I call the customer service line and got my upgrade shipped to me within 30 mins and the ladies was excellent.

  Customer service was good. I'm not a customer but I went in to get my phone unlock. The representative helped all of us waiting in line. She was knowledgeable of the business aspect and I didn't get the run around.
