  You have the worst customer service ever. Please help me with my return. We have called 3 times. Each time we were told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call. We did. We never got a call. We call again. repeat. I want to be helped.

  How long does it take to exchange a fridge from Sears? If you guessed two and a half weeks, culminating with three hours on the phone being transferred back and forth (totaling two hours on hold), managers telling me they can't help and hanging up on me, then you're right! For two and a half weeks, I tried to get a deliver/exchange scheduled. Each time I called in, I was told I get a call in 24-48 hours to set a delivery date. The calls never came. I did this several times, and they never called. During those two weeks, the price of the fridge for which I was initiating the exchange had gone up (its sale price ended) and they refused to give me the sale price even though it was ALL THEIR FAULT the exchange didn't go thru back when I originally placed the exchange order. FINALLY a CSR manager was able to straighten things out and get us a delivery date, but the amount of work and time on my end was unacceptable. When I asked him if all managers could solve this problem, he said "Yes, of course." So Sears managers were lying to me.... nice one Sears! Thank you, Kurt, for being a good CSR!
