  The store wasn't very busy when I was there and there were plenty of employees to assist us. They were very nice. I was pleased with the prices and the large assortment of clothes. I will for sure return.

  I like the selection of clothing & other items. I gave it 1 star, because you can't take the cart to your car ...I get people steal carts, but if you have a large purchase w/a full cart it's very inconvenient. I'm handicap, but even if I weren't it'd still be a pain. Customer service is marginal. Employees not helpful, you have to remove your own hangers by the time you check out. Are the employees just order takers? I guess if you make minimum wage your not motivated enough to help out a customer in need. There's other stores that pay min wage, and employees have gone above & beyond. Ross needs to work on customer service training.
