  I shouldn't be surprised at their level of customer service. They're consistently top notch. I'm a veteran and unlike their competitors, they offer a discount to veterans but don't make it impossible to actually get the discount. Simply register at the customer service desk by answering a few questions and it's done. I will be driving past the home Depot and an extra 6+ miles to Lowe's. The employees always thank me for my military service and I thanks you for your customer service! I'm a dedicated customer for life.

  I had to grab a couple of tools today and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. After looking for a minute myself, Don came along and saved the day. This guy knows his stuff! What would have taken me a long time to find the stuff I was looking for only to him a matter of minutes. Thank you Don! Keep up the great work!
