  The store is nice but their employee's need to brush up on how to answer a phone when calling the store. For example, just now, I called the store, to find out what time they would be closing. When the other person answered the phone, all I heard was ,"Yah". I thought I had misdialed, then I had to ask if this was Fallas. Associates who answer business phone lines and answer as if they were at home, need to learn proper phone etiquette. Your dealing with the public, so be more professional even by phone.
