  I have to say in January I had the greatest experience ever at Big 5 on Dale Rd. I needed tennis shoes for my son who wears a man's size 14 wide and is very particular about his shoes being black and not flashy. Chris was in the shower department and offered to help. I stated what we were looking for and Chris was all over it. He knew right where the 14s were and proceeded to bring out six pairs of dark colored shoes in my son's size! After trying them all on and choosing a pair we headed to the front to pay and left. I have never been assisted in that Big 5 in such a confident and knowledgeable manner. Chris made our shoe shopping experience a great one! Thank you Chris you are doing a fine job. I hope to see you again in a month or so when we need new shoes again.

  Small, compact store. Price was moderate. Sale prices on shoes were average. They had a great selection on weight lifting gloves. I was happy with it. Would go back for hiking shoes.
