  I went there last year trying to search for a prom dress.Once I entered the store all the employees gave me and my mom a dirty look and didn’t help us at all .They just walked by is like if we were invisible.I don’t understand how some people rate this store a 5-star and the best service ...what is the secret to getting good service???.( only if you looked like the person who has money??!!).And one of the worse part is that we both felt discriminated.Overpirced dresses too which is bad because if you’re gonna have mean ,rude,judgmental employees at least lower the prices down. Really bad Employees who judge you by the way you look . I’m guessing you need to show them that you have money if not they don’t care to help you find a dress for that special event. They should be fired and hire good people. The dresses aren’t bad looking it’s the staff that ruin your day. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DONT WASTE YOU TIME.

  Loved my consultant Christopher. He is fun, kind and honest. I ended up buying the first dress he had me try on! He listened and found me a gorgeous dress. I tried a few stores and he was my favorite wedding dress consultant. Thank you Christopher for making me feel special.

  I am very happy happy with Bianca's bridal I had Jasmine as my consultant. This was my first time trying on Wedding dresses and she was so clear about the entire process. She gave me and my group a tour and had some wonderful suggestions on gowns within my price range. My maximum was $1200 and I bought something right at that price point. I went to other stores just to see my selection and nothing compared to the gowns at Bianca's! I actually came back because I knew my dress was the one I had tried on earlier. I called and they were able to give me another same day appointment to try on the dress one more time! My family drive 3 hours to share this experience with me and they could not stop talking about how clean, and organized the store was and how great Jasmine was. I only give it a 4 because I felt after I selected the dress and paid for it they were just trying to get me out. It felt like okay job done we are done with you. I checked the dress before we left and found a few loose strings connected to the beads and they fixed it on the spot with a seamstress but no good bye or thank you for shopping with us.
