Disappointed. Wasn't able to speak to a manger for months and months. Was told many time that I would receive a call back, never did. After canceling my account I did not receive a bill, email, or call for many months. To my surprise I received a notice of an outstanding balance?! And that it was going to collections. I payed balance immediately, as usual. Note: I WAS pleased with the company, but it seems their priorities have shifted for the worse.
